Welcome to AAA Visas!

If you are thinking about applying for a visa, do not wait for some new "more favourable" laws and rules to help you. Get what you can under the present rules. Best of Luck to you.

You would not be at this website if you were still wondering whether you wanted to live in Australia. You have already made a decision to come and you are now looking at the ways to get in.

You will need an Australian visa.

Not sure which Australian Visa category you fall into?

Try our free visa skills assessment. JUST EMAIL US AND ASK FOR A QUESTIONNAIRE. TELL US THE GENERAL TYPE OF VISA YOU WANT (PARENT, SPOUSE, SKILLED, ETC.). WE ASSESS IT FOR FREE. SEND INQUIRIES TO:   info@aaavisas.com.au

What sort of services do we offer?

Firstly, we offer free assessments for those who answer our questionnaire. We do not tie you up with contracts that make you keep paying month after month for further information.

Will we file a visa application for you?

Yes, but only after we are confident that you will get the visa. There is no point in filing expensive visa applications for visas that will not be granted.

If you are going to read DIAC's documents, please note: Many of the words used about visas are very hard to understand. Even the words immigration, emigration and migration are used by different English Speaking countries in different ways. In general, when we say migration, we mean moving permanently from one country to another as in moving from or migrating from Nigeria to Australia. Immigration means moving permanently into another country (as in moving from Canada to Australia or immigrating into Australia from Canada). Emigration means moving out of a country as in emigrating from Australia to the UK.

Also note: There are many visas that are not migration visas. All visas are given out by DIAC. However, just because the word immigration appears in the name of the government department, it does not mean that the visa that you receive will be a migration visa. It may be a temporary visa that permits a short stay or even a long stay; but you may have no right to reside permanently in Australia. Some of these temporary visas can lead to permanent visas under SOME circumstances. But watch out, the rules for conversion are complex.

SOME PERMANENT VISAS are, for example, Skilled Independent Visa, Skilled Designated Area Sponsored Visa, Distinguished Talent Visa, Skilled Independent Overseas Student Visa, Business Owner Visa, State/Territory Sponsored Business Owner Visa , Investor Resident Visa Dependent Child Migration Visa , Adoption Visa , Orphan Child Visa, Working Age Parent Visa, Aged Parent Visa, Aged Dependent Relative Visa , Remaining Relative Visa , Carer Visa , Resident Return Visa , and Contributory Aged Parent Visa, Spouse Visa, Prospective Marriage Visa , and Interdependent Visa, Employer Nomination Scheme Visa , and Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme Visa.

SOME TEMPORARY VISAS (not migration visas), for example, are: Temporary Business Sponsorship Visa , Labour Agreements Visa , Professional Development Visa , Business Temporary Visa, and Long Business Visits to Australia Visa, Working in Australia Visa , Skilled Independent Regional Visa , Working Holiday Maker Visa , Visiting Academic Visa , Special Program Visa , Domestic Worker Visa , Educational Visa , Exchange Visa , Expatriate Visa , Entertainment Visa , Family Relationship Visa , Supported Dependent Visa , Public Lecturer Visa , Media and Film Staff Visa , New Zealand Citizen Family Relationship Visa, Occupational Trainee Visa , Religious Worker Visa , Sports Visa , Temporary Medical Practitioner Visa  and Graduate Skilled Temporary Visa, Vocational Education and Training Visa, Higher Education Visa, and AusAid or Defence Student Visa .

The category for RETIREMENT VISA is the Retirement Visa (Non Migration).

Remember when you read DIAC's website: the statutes and the regulations are the contolling language of immigration law--not any website--not even DIAC's own website.

Registered Migration Agents in their work of giving Australian visa information are supervised by an official government agency. Go to the MARA website for further information (www.themara.com.au) so that you can better understand what migration agents have to do with regard to obtaining Australian visas and your rights in regard to agents.
