Families of employees of international companies require a visa to temporarily stay in Australia. This visa applies to spouses or dependants of persons employed in remote locations in South East Asia, the South Pacific, or Papua New Guinea.
The relevant company must supply written support in order for one to obtain this visa, and the visa holder may not undertake any work whilst in Australia.
