This Australian visa is for students wishing to study in a course at a University at the Masters or the Doctorate level.
With this visa, a person can simultaneously apply for several courses. For example, a person might submit an application for a package consisting of a prep course (such as an English course) that is prepared for a subsequent main University course. When the person applies for a whole package course, the person must write this in the visa application. Frequently, students who come to Australia come with the expectation of seeking out permanent residence later.
